South Coast priority · national capability
Pallets for the businesses that work around Britain’s ports
Port Pallets supplies new and used timber, plastic, presswood and bespoke pallets, plus bearers and dunnage for load transfer, to freight forwarders, container devanning warehouses, exporters, importers and shipping agents. Southampton, Portsmouth, Poole, Shoreham and Newhaven are our commercial priority; we can supply and collect nationally.

Timber that has to survive the quay, the yard and the trailer
Port-side pallet work is not warehouse pallet work. Units get handled by more people, on more surfaces, in worse weather, and often get loaded into a box that will be opened somewhere else entirely. We specify against that reality, and we take the surplus back out again when devanning generates more timber than a site can hold.
Specified against the job
A devanning yard repalletising onto UK 1200 x 1000, a produce store needing washdown, a fabricator needing a cradle — these are different problems. We specify against the cargo, the handling method and the receiving equipment.
Supply and collection
Import devanning generates surplus pallets as fast as it consumes them. We handle both directions. All collection and purchase enquiries are subject to assessment of grade, quantity and site access.
Straight answers on the rules
Our guides cover ISPM 15, heat treatment, GB/EU/NI movements and PPWR with dated official sources. We tell you what needs checking and where. We never certify that a consignment complies.

South Coast — our priority area
Between Poole and Newhaven the coastline packs an unusual amount of variety into a short distance: a deep-sea container and vehicle port, a municipally owned ferry and produce port, a trust port inside a natural harbour, a bulk and timber port, and a cross-Channel gateway. Businesses a few miles apart need genuinely different pallets.
