What we do

Services

Pallet supply and pallet collection for the businesses that work around Britain's ports — freight forwarders, container devanning warehouses, exporters, importers and shipping agents.

Pallet supply

New and used timber, UK 1200 x 1000, Euro-size 1200 x 800, plastic, presswood and bespoke. Specified against the cargo, the handling equipment and the receiving site rather than picked off a list. One-off orders and repeat call-off arrangements both work.

Collection and purchase of surplus pallets

Import devanning and cross-docking generate surplus pallets continually. We collect and, where an assessment supports it, buy. Grade, mix, quantity, storage condition and vehicle access all affect whether a collection is viable, so every enquiry is assessed rather than answered from a rate card.

Bearers and dunnage for load transfer

Timber for separating, levelling and supporting cargo during road, sea and warehouse transfers: bearers, skids, chocks and packing timber. This is supply of materials for load transfer work — we are not a freight broker and do not arrange transport on your behalf.

Bespoke timber packaging

Cradles, skids, frames and cases for loads a standard pallet will not carry sensibly. Built to an agreed drawing or an agreed set of dimensions and handling assumptions. Export-bound work brings wood packaging requirements into play, which we will discuss before anything is built.

Specification support

A conversation about footprint, entry type, deck configuration, hygiene requirements and whether a pallet needs to survive one journey or fifty. Most costly pallet decisions are made by defaulting to what was ordered last time.

Compliance signposting

We point you at the current official sources for ISPM 15, heat treatment, GB/EU/NI movements and PPWR, and we tell you what needs checking. We do not certify consignments, issue treatment marks, or act as your customs adviser.

What we are not

Not a freight broker or forwarder

We supply pallets and load transfer timber. We do not arrange freight, book shipping, act as a customs agent, or hold any port, terminal or airside permission.

Not a certification body

We do not issue ISPM 15 marks or certify that packaging or a consignment complies. Where treated wood packaging is required, that is a matter for a registered treatment provider and the current official requirements.

No published prices or stock

Prices, availability, load ratings and delivery dates are settled for a specific order in writing. They are not published on this site and never will be as generalities.
