New timber pallets
Newly manufactured wooden pallets built to an agreed specification, for operations that need consistent dimensions and condition.

New timber pallets are manufactured to order rather than recovered from circulation, so every unit in a delivery shares the same board layout, bearer arrangement and overall dimensions. That consistency is what most automated handling, racking and export packing operations are actually paying for.
For port-side work, the usual reason to specify new rather than used is predictability: export consignments where the packaging has to be presented in known condition, food and pharmaceutical adjacency where appearance and cleanliness matter, or automated systems where an out-of-tolerance pallet stops a line.
Specification is agreed per enquiry. Timber species, board thickness, number of bearers, entry type, chamfering and any treatment marking are all decided against what the pallet actually has to do — not selected from a fixed catalogue.
Typical uses
- Export packing where packaging condition must be predictable
- Automated conveyor, racking and AS/RS handling
- Food, pharmaceutical and hygiene-adjacent operations
- Customer-facing deliveries where presentation matters
Before you order
- If the pallet will leave the UK in wood form, treatment and marking requirements depend on the destination and must be checked per consignment before despatch.
- Tell us the load, the handling method and the receiving equipment. A pallet specified against a racking beam is a different pallet from one specified against a forklift.
- Lead times for made-to-specification pallets are longer than for stock grades and vary with volume and timber availability.

- We do not publish load ratings on this site. Any weight-bearing requirement is confirmed in writing for the actual product supplied.
- We do not claim stock availability of any particular specification.
