Bespoke pallets, cases and dunnage
Made-to-specification pallets, skids, cradles, bearers, cases and dunnage for cargo that standard footprints will not carry.
Request a quoteA great deal of port cargo does not fit a standard pallet. Steel coil at Newport, offshore components at Aberdeen and Blyth, marine engineering assemblies at Falmouth and Rosyth, project cargo at Royal Portbury — none of it sits neatly on a 1200 x 1000 deck.
Bespoke work covers pallets built to non-standard dimensions, skids and runners, cradles that hold a shaped item securely, bearers for breakbulk transfer, timber cases, and the dunnage used to block and brace loads in containers, trailers and vessel holds.
Every bespoke item is specified against the actual cargo: its dimensions, its weight, its centre of gravity, how it will be lifted, and what it will travel in. That specification is agreed in writing before manufacture. Nothing on this website should be treated as a specification.
Typical uses
- Steel, metals and coil handling
- Offshore energy components, tooling and spares
- Marine and defence engineering assemblies
- Project and abnormal cargo, and container blocking and bracing
Before you order
- Supply the cargo dimensions, weight, lifting method and travel mode with your enquiry — without these, a meaningful specification is not possible.
- Export cases and bespoke timber in wood form are subject to destination treatment requirements that must be checked per consignment.
- Bespoke manufacture has longer lead times than standard sizes; involve us as early in the project as you can.
What we do not claim about this range
- We do not publish load ratings or structural performance figures on this website.
- We do not offer engineering certification; any structural requirement must be defined by the party responsible for the load.
- We do not claim any specific treatment or marking capability on this site pending verification.
